The winner of the debate in the 4th republican debate was tied with both senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, but Rubio seemed to be the one I thought was the winner. Rubio highlights on the tuesday night debate that was held November 10th was his view on the College education and foreign policy. What the senator said about college education is that the system is outdated because of the cost of attendance. He also said that its hard to access and doesn't teach 21st century skills. Rubio plans to simplify higher education tax incentives and reduce the complexity of the financial aid form. In foreign policy he plans to push the national securities to the front. Many people think when it comes to picking the candidate Rubio is going to be winner for the GOP.

On the Democrat Side Hillary Clinton is still maintaing a lead in the polls at 55.8 in the polls and Bernie Sanders is at 30.2 in the polls. I think Sanders still has time to catch up to Hillary even though she has been the lead in the polling for the Democrats. Sanders seems to have gain a lot of supporters over the time.

In the  latest polls Donald Trump has a 28% among the republican voters and the independent voters. Ben Carson has lost 8 points and is now tied Ted Cruz at 18 %. Marco Rubio is not to far behind the other candidates at 11%. Jeb Bush is at 4% and Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina both have 3 %. There is still a chance for the other candidates because we are still have some tome until  the Iowa and New Hampshire Caucus for us to know who is going to be the candidates for the GOP.

Hello fellow bloggers, you are more than likely in my mass media and politics class the reason you are came to this blog, but thank you for coming to my blog. I am very new at blogging so it might be a little different than what you're use too. I'm glad that this class is allowing me to blog because I feel like it would be cool to learn how to do this. I'm very interested in the media part of the politics as in how they use the ads on TV.
